Applied Optics : Steve Sharples
Bike for sale, £60 o.n.o.
- 'Raleigh Ultimate' Road Bike
- Aluminium frame, carbon forks
- Bought for £500 in January 2003
- 18 speed Shimano Tiagra gears
- “Medium” size (upto ~6 foot, my height)
- Has done 8500 miles (including Lands End to John o'Groats)
- Most moving parts have been replaced, sometimes several times!
- Includes good D-lock (2 keys), Cat-eye front LED lights and rear LED lights, cycle computer, mudguards. Does not include the rear rack though
- Reasonable condition (good for its age)
- Has been regularly serviced at Sid Standard's in Beeston
- You can buy secure in the knowledge that it's not been nicked
- Can deliver/bring it onto the University campus/you pick up from Beeston
